Wonderful Stay!

pleasant staffcomfortable bedbreakfast varietylow power
The staff was really pleasant. My room included a comfortable bed. The breakfast was great (especially the variety!).
The shower in my room had low power. Newer shower heads would improve it.
Location

The hotel is in a quiet area. The hotel is ideal for touring the northwest of Ireland. It is a little far from the town center without a car.
Dining

Breakfast had lots of variety. Cooked breakfast and continental breakfast options were available. Fresh fruit was also available. I found the food to be very good overall.
Rooms

The hotel is fine. The hotel features sports facilities. I used the swimming pool, the sauna, and the steam room. I was disappointed by the lack of a jacuzzi.

Wonderful and Relaxing Stay

comfortable bedsoap brandquiet locationslow service
The room had a comfortable bed. The bathroom soap was Paul costello branded. The location is quiet (ideal for relaxation) and convenient to the main road. I enjoyed the swimming pool with my kids and found the facilities there very good.
The restaurant service was very slow. I also noticed bar staff were rarely at the bar. The food quality was the only redeeming aspect. Both towels were dirty in my room. This was very disappointing.
Location
9/10
The hotel sits just on the outskirts of town. It offers a quiet environment that is excellent for relaxation. A short 5-minute drive gets you into town. (i found this very convenient)
Dining
8/10
I enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. The breakfast included a reasonable choice of items. McShane's restaurant has fabulous food, offering a good dining experience. The relaxed atmosphere in the hotel further enhanced my dining experience.
