adequate location, some disappointments
faulty shower missing teabags
i had issues with the room. the shower controls were loose, and the hairdryer only worked if i held the button. english breakfast teabags were not replaced on the second day. i reported these issues at checkout.

friendly staff spacious room
The gym operates on a 24/7 basis. i liked that the room was more spacious than i anticipated. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. This detail.
The cleanliness of the shower was subpar. Residue was always visible, and the water drainage was inadequate. i also found some towels were missing after cleaning.

the staff was very attentive to guest needs. assistance with air conditioning issues arrived quickly. one staff member facilitated a room change to a quieter, higher floor after i had concerns.
