I found the location convenient. I could walk to the city center, restaurants, and boat rides with ease. the staff were super friendly! they even gave my daughter an ice lolly when it was hot. they were really good too help us!

i discovered upon arrival that the air conditioning wasn't working. the small window opened only narrowly, not providing much fresh air. i felt hot and humid throughout my stay.

This hotel has a central location, perfect for exploring the area. the Christmas market was right outside, ideal with kids. breakfast offered many choices. i appreciated the on-site parking. It was helpful since the hotel is in a pedestrian area.

the air conditioning wasn't powerful, it made temperature control difficult, however, the temperature was acceptable.

The hotel location was superb. it was very close to the main attractions. Sites were within a short walk. i liked that the hotel offered parking, a big plus considering the central area. the hotel also had two entrances, providing easy access to both the shopping street and the canal area.

the bar closed early one night. i still got drinks, but they were from a cooler at reception.

I found an outdoor swimming pool at the hotel, a nice surprise in a city location. the reception staff helped organize a shared taxi to the station when i left. my room was huge with a large seating area. Spacious rooms are rare now. check-in was quick, and the staff was helpful with information (especially about the neighborhood around the hotel).

the bed was a bit too firm for my liking, but it wasn't a major problem.
