The staff was VERY helpful and efficient, a true highlight of my stay. The hotel's decor was both unique and cute. The room was a good size and maintained clean conditions. I found the Irish bar and restaurant connection next door to be useful, mainly for its excellent food.
The parking situation presented an initial challenge. Space was limited and insufficient for my car. I needed to find alternative parking nearby.

i found the staff helpful. they offered recommendations on a map and assisted with luggage. the location proved perfect, with proximity to the center. there was also available parking for those with a car.
i experienced issues with room service, notably the delayed delivery of an iron and ironing board. the reception was busy, and i had to wait before requesting the items. toiletries were not replenished .

The staff was helpful giving tips about local stores. The location was close to everything. The communication in English was smooth , and check-in was easy.

The front desk had a warm woman. She gave excellent recommendations for sites and eateries. The hotel provided a book in the room. It included many recommendations. We liked the ability to park bicycles in the courtyard. The hotel also had a very good restaurant close by. The cafe had nice food and service.
The room did not have air conditioning. This. The weather was good and warm, though.
