I booked the Luxury Double Room River View for my visit. The location was excellent for access to local spots. I really enjoyed the quick and reliable wifi this hotel provide.
The television switched on by itself at 4 AM, played very loudly and showed news. I had little rest after it and had a very tiring day to work.

The receptionist Gregori was sensational, very helpful and gentle with any request I had. I was very satisfied with all staff attitude and helpful attitude. They clearly work hard to assist the guests.

The breakfast included many vegan and vegetarian options I was very happy with. They give you also crepe and omelet options in addition to the normal breakfast. I consider it a nice complement and something to appreciate.

THE ROOM was super clean with great amenities. I loved that the hotel staff were very helpful and full of smiles. Hotel parking was great. Staff organized pedestrian exemption.
THE ROOM smelled of smoke and was very misleading in the photographs. The pillows and bedding felt poor quality. Work was going on in the hotel that i was not aware of.

The hotel had such a cool vibe. I found the staff helpful whenever i asked questions. The location is really fantastic because it sits right on the canal. There are many restaurants nearby, with easy walking distance to all landmarks. i slept so well due to the real air conditioning that cooled without making noise.
I found that breakfast was very costly. We could get a full evening meal elsewhere for that price.
