limited spread malfunctioning coffee machine

The breakfast was supposedly included, but the spread seemed rather limited for the price. Luckily, I am hard of hearing. The coffee machine in my room wasn't working properly. It spat out lukewarm water more often than ACTUAL coffee.

A staff member assisted me with my suitcase directly from the car park. I found this very helpful. i also received an unexpected, complimentary upgrade to a room with a canal view! the view was amazing and the room was fine too.

dirt under the bed missing ramp

The staff was helpful. That was acceptable.

The cleanliness was not good at all. i saw dirt under the bed and it. also, there wasn't a ramp for baby strollers to enter the hotel. This was quite inconvenient with infants.
