The cleanliness of the corridors, I must state, were less than satisfactory. I observed carpets were dirty. temperature control within the room posed a challenge. I had to request assistance from reception for adjustments. Why must guests rely on staff for a basic amenity? The bathroom door, constructed of glass, lacked practicality. It did not give privacy.

This hotel is amazing, easily one of the best in europe. the location is fantastic. It is close to the central station. numerous food shops surround the hotel. the staff is so friendly! i appreciated their excellent customer service.

the air conditioning was controlled centrally, i had to request adjustments.

The breakfast buffet offered a GREAT selection. The location IS convenient near the train station. Leaving my luggage at the hotel was possible after checking out. It was VERY helpful until my train trip home.

The shower cabin floor was not very clean. I saw gray marks on the white floor. Yellow stains were visible on the joints.
