harsh lightingpoor water pressure
I found several aspects needing improvement. the lighting was harsh and inadequate. i also experienced problems with the shower. Water pressure was poor, and there were no varied options. i would expect more from a hotel in this category.

average stay with cleanliness issues
unclean toiletnoticeable street noise
i found the cleanliness lacking upon arrival the toilet was not properly cleaned there were remnants from previous guests the mirror also had dried splashes this was not acceptable i expect better attention to detail i also noted that the room lacked soundproofing street noise was quite noticeable making it difficult to sleep early in the morning

the location WERE pretty good, close to transport links. it was what I expected.
my room WASN'T properly cleaned on one day. i had to ask for fresh towels AND the bin emptied, which I think Is poor for this type of hotel.

The staff was excellent and kind to me. They graciously allowed me to wait in the lobby and enjoy complimentary coffee as much as I wanted while they prepared the room! The location was perfect and very close to the train station and other main attractions.
The soundproof in the room is too bad, I could hear people from adjacent rooms.

The hotel included a fitness center equipped with several machines! The hotel also provided complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building. There were multiple elevators, ensuring quick access to all floors.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of hot and cold items, including pastries, cereals, and fresh fruit. The restaurant had a diverse menu with local and international dishes, which catered to various tastes. There was also a bar area with various drinks.

The room included a comfortable double bed with premium bedding, ensuring a restful sleep. A flat-screen television with cable channels was in the room! The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.

The hotel is about five minutes walk to the train station. It is practically surrounded by excellent restaurants! A big supermarket is just three minutes walk away. Lots of shops are around too.

Wonderful City Stay!

The hotel's location was very central. It was just a short walk to the train and bus stations (about 5 minutes each). The suite offered plenty of space. I also found the bed comfy. The staff were super friendly (I really felt welcome!). I also enjoyed the breakfast with its good choices.

The double bed was large and very comfortable. The room included a spacious seating area with a sofa and two chairs. This room had excellent soundproofing from street noise (a real plus!).
