clogged drain dripping air conditioner

the bar area seemed alright , with a decent outside space.

the air conditioner dripped from the ceiling beam , causing drops to fall on us. i also noticed random hairs in the bathroom , including a clump in the drain. the drain itself was terribly clogged , forcing us to pause our showers to allow the water to drain.

decent stay near attractions

convenient location free parking limited options unfriendly staff

the location proved very convenient. it was a short walk to the theme park which was a plus for our family. the free parking available was also quite helpful, i found ample space.

the vegan options at the restaurant were limited i felt. there was not much available for both dinner and breakfast. additionally, the staff did not seem too friendly a smile would have been nice.

Restaurant Problems and Noise Issues

limited vegan options ventilation box

The onsite restaurant was a problem. Vegan options were seriously lacking and were expensive. Breakfast was overpriced for its limited choice. The room had a ventilation box, it ran all night and made a lot of noise. Sleeping was difficult because of that noise. Asking for assistance through the app worked, but it did not solve the problem.

The hotel was very clean, which I always appreciate. I found the rooftop play area both safe and entertaining for my kids. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty (the fresh fruit selection was a highlight).

I noticed a bad smell coming from the bathroom drainage in my room. I hope they address this soon.

Just Okay Stay Near Theme Park

unclean bathroom leaky air conditioner

The location near the theme park was definitely convenient, saving us travel time.

The room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival. I found hairs in the bathroom drain, a pretty disgusting discovery. The air conditioner also leaked onto the floor. The staff apologized, but it still was good.
