the staff were helpful. my room was perfectly clean. the location was central to everything, near the railway station. they stored my baggage after i checked out so i could explore some more.

The walls seemed a bit thin. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

The noise levels were unacceptable due to thin walls. I could hear everything from adjacent rooms and the hallway. additionally, there was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the bathroom i found quite off putting. this. I expected better soundproofing and cleanliness

i got a free room upgrade, awesome! our room was totally ready super early, like 11am. the location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city center. the managers at the desk were friendly and helped us a lot!

i noticed no refrigerator was in my room, a minor inconvenience.

The hotel's location was central.. I found the bus station for the airport and the central train station within a five-minute walk. Staff members were kind and helpful. My room was an adequate size for a couple.

The room was a little warm. Even after i turned off the heat, the pipes remained warm.
