The hotel had a good location! Everything was walkable from there. It was very handy to park and access the hotel from the lot. Breakfast had excellent drink options.

The check-in process lacked a cute touch. I observed broken edges on the table, dirty walls with scratches, and a malfunctioning faucet in the bathroom.

helpful staff really good decor great selection

The front desk staff provided great assistance, especially with directions. The hotel decor in the lobby and common areas was really good. Breakfast offered a large selection of choices. I really appreciated the variety. The location could not be better!

The roadworks made the hotel difficult to access.

amazing architectural gem with great service!

dog amenities delicious cake lovely gesture

i felt special . the staff included amazing dog amenities for my four-legged family member, and my dog was admitted everywhere in the hotel! they even laid a banner on my bed and included a delicious little cake that was beautifully presented under glass. it was such a lovely gesture and a great start to my celebration weekend!

the street works outside were too impactful for reaching the hotel and were very noisy.

the diamond junior suite had a tv with a connection to mobile slides and it included a bathtub. the room was quite spacious and everything looked perfect. i was very happy to use all the amenities offered!

The location was the best! I found the interior gorgeous and very inviting in the bar and lounge area. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

The front desk personnel seemed disorganized during check-in. I found the room outdated. It lacked a cupboard for clothes, only offering visible hangers. I was surprised by an obligatory 100 Eur per day deposit, despite them taking the credit card as a guarantee.

the breakfast options i found good. i saw a selection of meats, breads, fruits, and cheeses. they also offered some table service during breakfast, it was nice. the room felt modern and well maintained.

i had some higher expectations. the staff looked distant. guests were not greeted at the reception, and the check-in process lacked a personal touch. i also saw broken edges on the table and dirty walls with scratches.
