the hotel service impressed me positively specifically the accommodating reception. i received the option for floor and view selection upon arrival it was a thoughtful service. early check-in was also very convenient it allowed a smooth start to my stay.

i noticed slight noise issues all movements upstairs and in nearby rooms were audible. this seemed to be due to poor sound isolation within the building.
