The receptionist was very helpful. On-site parking WAS convenient. The cleanliness was excellent. Modern facilities were present in the room. I found these features helpful . I appreciated the little details the hotel took care of.

The elevator was not working. I had to climb to the sixth floor for three days.

the hotel is very close to the train station. it is also within walking distance of many great restaurants. i appreciated the air conditioning in my room. it was very effective during the warmer days of my stay.

the elevator made unusual sounds during operation. i hope they address this potential maintenance issue promptly.
