the room was very well-equipped with everything i needed. the location was also very convenient for exploring. i found the secured parking spot in the garage to be a big plus. room service was quick and efficient.
The fan in the bathroom did not work at all which was not ideal. i noticed a lot of dust in the closet. It needed better cleaning. there was also some mold in the bathroom. That should be addressed.

the spa was a main reason i choose this hotel for my trip. it wasnt working. there werent any mention about this on any of the sites when i booked the room. the hotel staff didnt offer a drink or a discount because of this. i was really disappointed about that.

the room was clean upon arrival and the bed was acceptable for a short stay.
i found i had to pay for everything upfront which i didn't like it. i wanted to put the restaurant bill on the room but this wasn't possible as i had no deposit. i felt as if i was being treated like some sort of scammer which i didn't appreciate
