fantastic stay!

helpful staff clear explanation attentive service decent size
i found the staff very helpful. mateja at reception explained everything clearly. sven and thomazlav in the restaurant were attentive (i especially liked the capitol 2023 cocktail!). the room was a decent size and the air conditioning worked well.
I couldn't control the temperature in my room directly. The front desk had to adjust it.

the gym is located in the basement and offers machines and barbells for workouts. i appreciated the availability of these facilities for maintaining my fitness routine during my travels. i used the treadmill often.

breakfast included good choices of sausage, eggs, pastries, and fruits with yogurts. fresh juices. coffee was served per cup and to my liking (the espresso was excellent!). i enjoyed the variety offered at breakfast each morning.

elegant decor convenient location helpful staff
The hotel's decor was elegant both inside and out. Its location allowed easy WALKING to many attractions. My room was very well-equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff greeted me warmly and were helpful throughout my stay.
I found the gym equipment good, but there was NO air conditioning.

The room included blackout curtains, a mini-bar stocked daily, and a spacious work desk. Linens were changed every day and fresh towels were provided twice daily. A large television offered many channels.

The breakfast buffet featured many options including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes (especially the omelets!). The restaurant also offered a lunch menu with local specialties and international options. The bar had a wide selection of cocktails.

The hotel provided a fitness center with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. Wi-fi was available throughout the hotel and in all rooms. Its use was complimentary. There was a business center with computers and printers.

The staff at the front counter were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, and I had the best club sandwich at the bar. The location was very central. I could easily walk to many places.
The AC was not working upon my arrival. The bell hop was not helpful with my luggage. I had to carry it myself. This was unlike other hotels of similar value, I was a little bit disappointed.

The staff displayed really good hospitality. They created a cute atmosphere. I enjoyed reasonable prices for the service. The building is a beautiful historical structure (it used to be a bank).
I noticed tepid water temperatures in the shower during afternoon hours, a slight inconvenience.
