the staff were amazing and super helpful with directions. the breakfast had a great selection of items available. the location was central with easy access to the main square. i appreciated the proximity to a supermarket for convenience.
i heard considerable noise from the trams , which ran frequently. earplugs helped , but lighter sleepers may find it disturbing.

the hotel was close to the city center allowing me to explore. a public garage was very convenient. i found the explanatory email sent by the hotel excellent. the room was nice and very clean.
my room did not look like the pictures I saw, it was small, and it had stairs EVERYWHERE.

The staff were friendly and helpful with requests. i came two hours before check-in. My room was ready. the staff offered to look after my luggage on my departure day.

The staff allowed us to check in quickly. My room had a lot of space. The summer corner in the lobby provided complimentary infused water. The outdoor patio offered a pretty space.
The shower water stream was not strong enough to properly wash hair.
