I REALLY liked the central location. It made exploring the area very easy. The dinner service was prompt. I also thought the food was well prepared.
The upper floors felt dated. Corridors outside bedrooms were used as storage rooms FOR tables. No air conditioning or fans were available in the room. It became quite stuffy.

helpful staff good variety historic charm
I found the staff very helpful. They answered all my questions promptly. breakfast was good and had a good variety of options. the location was ideal for exploring the city. Everything was within walking distance. i appreciated the historic charm throughout the hotel.
the wifi was quite unreliable . it made it difficult to work or stream anything.

large bed friendly staff good food selection
my superior room was clean and well kept the bed was quite large i slept well. the staff were friendly and always available to assist with requests. breakfast included a good selection of foods i found several options i liked.
some areas show signs of age and could use some updates it was a minor issue though

The hotel room was fantastic. Staff at reception was very helpful and cute. I liked the location, so perfect for a visit. I really enjoyed my stay in this city. I want to come back here soon.
There wasn't a refrigerator in the room. There wasn't a safe in the room also. I think it would be a good improvements.

The hotel's location provided easy access to many nearby restaurants. I found the staff friendly and helpful. The room size was great. I even received a free upgrade. The shower room was modern and well-kept.
The bed consisted of two single beds pushed together. It slightly impacted overall comfort.

Centrally Located Hotel with Great Atmosphere
central location quiet room tea facilities
I enjoyed the central location, it made exploring very easy. My room was spacious and had a sea view, it was also very quiet. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in the room (a very welcome addition).

nice selection helpful staff tatty carpets no air conditioning
the breakfast was good it had a nice selection. the staff was helpful even before i arrived i felt very welcome.
the carpets in the corridors looked very tatty it affected the overall feel. there was no air conditioning it.
