great location excellent breakfast nice pool faulty sockets empty dispensers missing milk
The hotel's location is great. It is straight across from the beach and a bus stop. Breakfast choice WAS excellent. The pool area seemed quite nice.
My room needed some attention, AS some plug sockets did not work. i needed to ask for toiletries because dispensers were empty. i also needed to ask for milk. None was left in the room.

perfect location helpful staff
the location was amazing. i liked that the bus stop outside allowed easy travel to st helier bus station or the airport. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were helpful. the rooms were gorgeous.
i found the car park a bit unkempt. it lacked clear signage. service doors opened onto the area.

the breakfast choice met my expectations.
the room i was assigned to had issues with noise. street noise was audible throughout the night. the minibar motor ran constantly, impacting sleep quality.

Solid stay near the beach
beach access friendly staff evening cocktails
I found the breakfast team excellent. The location had beach side access. The staff was friendly and cute which I think it's something to value. The hotel had a pool to sit near on a nice day. I enjoyed two cocktails in the evening too.
I noticed some noise from the road despite my room facing away from it.

My Double Room Sea View had comfortable beds. I found sufficient storage space with plenty of room for luggage. The bathroom featured White Company products and comfortable linens.
