a amazing experience

really good welcome perfect service relaxing pool superb food

the staff provided an really good welcome. breakfast choices were varied. service was perfect. the pool and spa facilities were well-kept. the bar area was cute. i found the overall hospitality to be excellent. the staff were helpful and professional. the food was superb. afternoon tea was a delight. the pool area and spa were relaxing.

i booked a studio room. the air conditioning did not function properly. this made the bathroom quite humid after showers.

adequate but flawed

street noise unstocked minibar

the noise from the street was really bothersome, even on a higher floor! it made it hard to sleep well. the minibar wasn't refilled during my entire stay. this felt cheap for what i paid, and getting someone to address it took too long though the staff tried to be helpful. i just expected better attention to detail.

a haven of tenderness

afternoon tea michelin restaurant bohemia restaurant

I adored the really good afternoon tea, a really lovely way to celebrate. the michelin star restaurant was a must. I was so lucky to experience it. my experience in bohemia restaurant was excellent. The food stood out.

the room lacked a walk in shower, which did make access slightly more challenging. this impacted the ease and convenience of my stay.

The staff welcomed me and even gave me a tour. It was AMAZING!!! This were great what any other hotel staff have done. My room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. I also found the food in the bar and restaurant delicious.

The worst spa experience I've ever had. No one showed me around the facilities. I noticed the shower was filthy. There was mold on the grout. I tried to leave the shower, but I couldn't as the door had become jammed. I was shouting for the lady and banging the door.
