All units have patios with patio tables, chairs, and sunshades. Options range from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom units, some with spa baths, and can accommodate up to 7 guests.

La Place Restaurant provides dishes from light options to modern Jersey-inspired cuisine using local ingredients. The La Place Bar, featuring exposed beams from the original farmhouse, offers a drink, cocktails, and wine list. The Lounge Bar serves afternoon tea from 2pm-5pm in the lounge bar, courtyard, or pool terrace, including sandwiches, scones with strawberry preserve and Jersey clotted cream, and pastries, with tea and coffee options. The Retreat Bar serves cocktails and coffee by the pool.
