Some bedrooms are on the ground floor, but these do not have handrails and are not fully wheelchair accessible. Assistance can be provided for lifting individuals in regular wheelchairs. The main bar area is on the same level, while the restaurant requires descending steps.
What transportation options are available for getting around from the hotel?

There is a bus stop in front of the hotel with an hourly service to St Helier, which connects to other routes. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle into St Helier and taxis are available, with fares determined by distance.
Can guests receive transportation from the harbor to the hotel?

The shuttle service is only for airport pickups. Taxis are the best option from the harbor, or guests can walk to Liberation Station and catch bus number 9 to reach the hotel.
