Breakfast was good with savory ham. The staff showed such kindness and heart. The garden had secret spots to relax. Evening meals tasted wonderful too, all food was flavorful.
The decor was quite dated, and showed its age. I felt this was a small imperfection.

the staff were helpful with directions to local attractions. the hotel garden has hidden spots for sitting and enjoying the views. i found the lounge area relaxing with comfortable sofas and plenty of space. the bar was also a plus after a long day exploring.
the hill to the hotel is quite steep with luggage.

A decent stay

The gardens were very beautiful. There was also a calm ambience in the hotel. The dining room had a delightfull view of the garden (i liked it very much).
The hotel is up a steep hill. This might not suit everyone. There are also stairs up to the hotel. I could hear the tv from other rooms.

the room i had was not great the walls seemed thin i could hear everything from the next room including toilet flushes which really disrupted my sleep the shower also was pretty weak with barely any pressure and the tv remote didn't work i tried new batteries but nothing so no tv for me i'm not sure i would return

Staff was helpful. Car parking worked for my tiny car.
I had trouble. The single room I stayed in had slats missing from the vertical blind, therefore, there was no relief from the morning sun. The electric shower was not very powerful.
