The reception staff were friendly. My room had a great sea view from a large sliding window. The bed was very comfortable. There was a spacious parking lot behind the building.
The single room felt a bit small. The carpet and the ceiling had stains. An air conditioner would improve the room's comfort.

Breakfast offered good choices and the staff during meal times were friendly. I found the kitchen staff caring and warm, led by a professional woman. The hotel made an effort to provide nice choices at both breakfast and dinner.

The hotel feels dated. The decor outside of the room was depressing (the lobby for example). The bathtub felt old.

I returned from the Jersey International Chess Tournament. I received a discounted rate. My room was adequate. I found the staff helpful, they were pleasant. The banqueting room was ample for the tournament.
The food was traditional. Its quality could improve. My room on the ground floor was near a fire exit. It was permanently open. I felt unsafe.

My room had good size, it was well maintained. The housekeeping team kept it clean. The room was also very quiet, it faced inside, a change from sea views.

The hotel is on the coast. It is a brisk half hour walk to Town. There is a main bus route, taxis are plentiful. There's lots of parking at the rear of the building. That was convenient.

Food was plentiful. There were several choices for dinner. Breakfast offered very good choices. Christmas Day and Boxing Day lunch menus were excellent, they were delicious. The restaurant offered good value.

Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities

I found the location great with views across the coastline. Proper table service during breakfast and dinner was a refreshing change. The traditional home cooked meals were excellent and I could see that the cleanliness was superb. The staff were helpful and the bed in my room was comfortable and spacious.
The function room created a bit of noise late into the evening as it was located right under my room

The hotel provides ample parking at the rear of the building. There is a well-stocked bar present, with a knowledgeable bar man. Bus services stop yards from the hotel, and I found this very easy to use.

The hotel sits right opposite the beach, fabulous. It is not too far from the city centre and close to the airport, with great transport links available. I was able to get to the airport in approximately 20 minutes via taxi.

The receptionist was friendly and cute. Ana at the front desk was accommodating and assisted with all my needs. The staff demonstrated a willingness to respond no matter how busy they were. This was greatly appreciated.

My room was clean and well-furnished for my stay. The beds were super comfortable, and the pillows were excellent. I especially enjoyed having a balcony. A fan was available, which helped a lot.

the rooms were clean. beds were comfortable. i found the location perfect across from the beach, a lovely location to relax at. plenty of parking was available behind the building.
the room felt hot. no complimentary water existed. the bathroom was old, the shower did not have enough power.
