separate areas great layout easy access

The family room had separate sleeping areas. It was a great layout. Two bathrooms were available in the room which helped our group. Bus stops were nearby. They provided easy access to the surrounding area.

The hotel corridors had damaged walls. They need some cleaning or repainting.

serene stay near the landmark

spacious suite free shuttle natural setting

the rooms are quite spacious. i stayed in a suite rather than just a room. the hotel has a free shuttle to the site right at the door. the setting felt very natural (i really enjoyed being surrounded by nature).

the windows was not to have been cleaned for a while.

the restaurant staff accommodated my request at midnight. they made us cheese plates very kindly. the staff was very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was yummy. the service was indeed fantastic.

this hotel is right before the bridge to the attraction. the views are really good. there is a village of hotels, and this hotel has a view of the landmark from the rooms and restaurant. other hotels are on the opposite side.

convenient location spacious room limited selection lack of air conditioning

I found the location convenient. Bus stops were just outside. This made travelling to and from destinations SIMPLE. The room was also quite spacious. I found that it helped me feel less confined .

My room lacked air conditioning, SO the temperature was hard to regulate. Breakfast did not impress me. The selection was limited. I expected more considering other features.

adequate stay with noticeable flaws

worn towel musty odor

the location was convenient , right by the shuttle bus stop.

the room felt dated and somewhat unclean , with worn towels and a musty odor. there were also several dead insects on the bathroom ceiling . getting the parking card renewed every 24 hours became a hassle , as the area is only accessible through barriers.
