The hotel features a great location inside the historic village. I could explore the area late at night once the crowds had gone. Breakfast had fresh items and various flavors. The staff were helpful.
The hotel room was quite small. The carpet looked stained. The heater did not properly heat the room.

i appreciated the ample space in the room. It was definitely large. the staff was helpful and seemed very prepared. i especially liked the convenient location close to the entrance.
the hotel's all-carpeted flooring caused a musty smell, this was noticeable.

the hotel is near the village access, so it was not necessary to climb much. it provided easy access to the abbey and allowed for exploring the village even after most tourists had departed though the parking was expensive!

the staff communicated well. breakfast offered a plentiful selection. the team seemed genuinely committed to ensuring guest satisfaction, and they handled requests promptly, this was very appreciated.
