a weekend of pure delight

late checkout genuine support

the staff arranged a later check-out for me , which eased my travel plans. i returned to the hotel after an event and they welcomed me warmly. i enjoyed coffee through the night, and i appreciated the genuine support and attentiveness shown to me.

i encountered an issue, the room was quite warm, yet there was no means to cool it down. the bed also felt soft, affecting the quality of my sleep. i hope they can address these issues .

warm room buffet refill

i was not impressed. the room was too warm. there was no air conditioning, and the windows opened only slightly. they knew about the problem and offered a fan. also, breakfast had a decent selection, but the hot water was brown, they sold it as coffee, and it could have been tea. they said the coffee machine was either freshly cleaned or broken. the buffet was not replenished, and i waited over 15 minutes for refills.

kind lady great selection lively entertainment

the breakfast lady was very kind and helped my children and our friends' children who were staying here too. there was a great selection on the restaurant menu! evening entertainment was lively, and great.

The plumbing and pipes made noises at night. It was a bit noisy with the windows open.
