the staff were friendly and accommodating. the shower was a fantastic experience. i cannot say enough good things about it.

the check-in time was too late at 4pm. i contacted the hotel twice before arriving about quiet times for the pool for my autistic daughter, but i got no reply to either message. it was very poor.

The hotel is right in the town center. I found everything easily accessible from this location. The room was spacious. I particularly enjoyed the power shower (it was strong!). The food in the dining room had high quality.

The hotel's central position made exploring local attractions simple. Tyrconnell Castle and the ruined Abbey are both within easy reach. This prime location also meant I could easily access different stores and restaurants.

The staff provided excellent customer service. A gentleman at reception helped me access another room due to mobility issues. Restaurant staff were also very entertaining. They had a great way of making guests feel special (very friendly!).

Excellent Stay!

The room included both a single bed and a double bed, unexpected. I noticed they supplied plenty of towels. I also took advantage of extra towels at the swimming pool. The girls at reception are AMAZING!! They made check-in easy and straightforward. I also appreciated the warm bedrooms, especially since it was a chilly night.

The hotel does NOT have a designated parking lot, so I had to park in a public parking lot nearby. It cost a few euros per day.

The location was GREAT. I was able to park just outside the hotel. My room had a big window and an interesting view over the River Eske. THE breakfast was substantial.

The bed was tiny. Pillows were HARD as stones. The wifi was awful.

the location was central. however, i encountered a few issues i must share. the room design felt quite dated (i seemed like i was in a time capsule). the walls had some visible patching. furthermore, the bed was not comfortable (my sleep suffered).
