amazing servicesmall table fancool temperature
The restaurant had amazing service and very good food. It was a definite plus.
My room lacked air conditioning. This made it very uncomfortable, especially during the warmer parts of the day. i had to rely on a small table fan, but it proved insufficient for maintaining a cool temperature.

charmed stay, a good escape

ocean viewreally good housekeepingleisurely breakfastmexican breakfast
We loved how cute everyone was. It seemed like a true escape. our ocean view room had fine views, i could watch the golfers tee off and hear the calming water feature. the room amenities met all our needs, everything was always at hand, and the housekeeping was really good, we found it super clean. breakfast was a leisurely treat, especially the mexican breakfast. The cooked options were good.
the only tiny thing i could mention is that i would have liked a wider selection of pastries in the buffet selection. but we loved our stay.

acceptable breakfastdated furnitureinsufficient plug points
the food at breakfast was acceptable, though nothing particularly stood out.
The room i got wasn't great. It was noisy and lacked proper soundproofing. i could clearly hear conversations and tv noise from the adjacent room. also, the furniture felt old and dated. i also noticed the absence of sufficient plug points and usb charging ports. I'd expect more in a so-called high-end hotel.
