constant noise kitchen smell
The room was directly above the kitchen, i discovered. extractor fans caused a constant noise. i couldn't open the window due to the smell. the hotel restaurant closed at 8 pm. I arrived at 8:05 pm and they refused service. it was irritating to see other guests eating while i was turned away.. i ended up eating at a nearby italian restaurant.

the room offered ample space. i found it clean. the decor looked really nice. the included breakfast had excellent choices. i found many dining options close by. staff seemed very friendly. a supermarket was only a short walk away.
the shower doors were quite narrow making entry a bit awkward.

the hotel is centrally located near many restaurants and historical sites i liked the helpful staff members they were cheerful and happy to answer questions the dinner in the hotel restaurant was delicious the breakfast in the morning was also delicious
i found opening both windows difficult for the room and bathroom the bathroom window would not stay open extra towels were wedged under the sash due to the heat

the location is superb, with the car park just behind the hotel. the hotel's nearness to shops is a plus. i also enjoyed the balcony, where i could sit outside when the sun shone.
