really good views safe parking convenient location
The Patio Suite had really good views. Parking on the street was free and secure hotel. The location had Trader Joe's and CVS stores just two blocks away for any necessities.
The elevator looked quite old.

i noticed the rooms were very clean from the lobby to the sleeping area. the room size and layout really worked for me. i found its location close to many attractions.
the shower head in my room did leak slightly onto the floor, but i caught it quickly with a towel.

the room was quite clean and all necessary amenities were available. free coffee was a welcome touch. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the bed was comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep. the location was convenient allowing easy access to various attractions.
The elevator seemed rather old and occasionally stopped slightly below floor level. I needed to be mindful when stepping out.

the room included fresh water and coffee daily from reception. a helpful employee at the front desk found me a desk from another room. the bed was comfortable and the wifi signal was strong. i felt the hotel provided good value.
one morning all water was cut off mid-shower without warning. this was a very unpleasant experience. i received a small refund for this issue.

the gym included several machines for fitness enthusiasts. guests may find several treadmills and stationary bikes. the hotel also has an elevator, providing convenience reaching upper floors with luggage.

I appreciated the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available around the clock. A machine prepared the beverages, and I found the coffee to be quite decent. The location proved excellent with many restaurants nearby. I secured a taxi from the reception for a ball game at the Baseball stadium.
The shower handle was loose.

i loved the friendly staff at reception, so helpful with local tips. our room was so clean, and the vintage elevator gave it such character. the location was great, near lovely restaurants. the little mediterranean restaurant connected to the hotel was a gem.
the street was sometimes a little noisy at night because windows didn't completely isolate external sounds.

this hotel is located conveniently, only a short walk to many restaurants. union square is very close, so is lombard street and other local attractions. public transportation and the cable car were also easily accessible from the hotel.

my room had a tv. the beds are comfortable, and the ceiling fan was so needed on warm nights. the bathroom was super clean, and the water pressure made showers special.

they have a breakfast, a little simple but enough. a coffee machine at reception helps 24 hours. the hotel has also an adorable vintage elevator. there is also a basic gym for anyone who wants to exercise.

updated features free breakfast accommodating staff
I appreciated the hotel's updated features and cleanliness. The continental breakfast and coffee were included at no extra cost, a really nice touch. The location worked well for accessing the city. I also found the staff accommodating. They stored my bag after checkout.
The slow elevator did present a slight inconvenience. It was especially difficult with luggage during checkout. I hope they improve the elevator system.
