i appreciated the hotel's central location, it made exploring the area easy. my room, the superior double room, had plenty of space. daily cleaning was thorough, and i found the provided tea and coffee very convenient. the staff were kind throughout my stay.

the entrance was a bit dark and small, slightly less inviting upon arrival.

the room was quite luxurious. i stayed in the 'tokyo' room and it included a large rainfall shower. the bathroom had a tv in the wall next to the bath (i liked it!). the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were soft.

the reception area felt a little tired. the furniture seemed worn (the desk especially). i also noticed some staining on the carpet.

The Reykjavik room was large and comfortable. Coffee, teas and treats were available in the room.

I found the pillows uncomfortable and the noise outside the hotel was bothersome. Sleep was not restful. The disturbance impacted my overall stay negatively.

the reception staff were so helpful, delivering my bags to my room before i even arrived! i booked casa blanca, and it was fine with everything i needed for my mini getaway. every room has its own individual style, the drinks were great, and the location is perfect for exploring!

The room decor was not quite to my taste. It was a bit dark when i first arrived and i struggled to find the light switches. plus, the writing on the switches has worn off , made it a little tricky. hopefully, they can fix the window blind pull because it was broken.

the hotel offers early check-in and it really made my day! the staff accommodated my request for no feathers in my room which was awesome. the hotel even provided a yoga mat which i loved. the bathroom was large and modern.
