Airport Proximity and Great Breakfast

The hotel provides plenty of parking spaces, very useful. The breakfast offered many food options. I found it quite satisfying. The staff provided warm service, and I felt welcome. Clothes washing and dryer were available, convenient.

The restaurant recommended by the hotel nearby was not satisfactory, and I found it expensive.

This hotel is very close to the airport. It is a short drive. Driving to destinations in northern and eastern areas is also easy. Zagreb city centre is reachable in about 20 minutes by bus or train.

The breakfast was wonderful. It felt very much like home cooking. The buffet had many choices. I found a lot of variety. Almost everything that one would expect from a hotel near the airport was available.

friendly staff convenient parking clean room unexpected charge lack of information sauna fee

I found the breakfast better than some 4-star hotels I have been to recently. The staff was friendly and cooperative. Parking in front of the hotel was very convenient. The room, beds, and bathroom were all clean.

I used the sauna . I was never informed there was any cost associated with it. At check-out, I was surprised with a charge of €140. There was no visible notice about this fee.

high temperature bad sleeping experience

the receptionist was really helpful.

the ac WOULD not go below 22 degrees. it was not even summer yet, so sleeping while sweating was not a good experience. i can only imagine how hot the room would get if it was summer.
