Communication was great. i received plenty of information before my stay. the lobby and restaurant were comfortable. complimentary tea and coffee in my room was very welcome. flanders expo is right next door. It was so convenient.
lighting from the tram to the hotel at night was poor. the stairs had no lights. this area was not disability friendly at all, a real problem.
