the staff produced gluten free bread upon request. they were pleasant at both dinner and breakfast. i felt comfortable in the restaurant area. i appreciate that the staff accommodated my needs with ease.

the hotel communication was helpful before my arrival. i appreciated the comfortable lobby and restaurant areas. the complimentary tea and coffee in my room were a nice touch. i attended an event at flanders expo and the hotel's proximity was ideal.
the room thermostat was at 26c and i could not adjust it.

the breakfast buffet had diverse options. i especially liked the comfortable bed in my room. the staff communicated well prior to my arrival. they quickly approved my request to have a bicycle in the room, even offered different options!
