The staff was very helpful. The room was clean. It had everything I needed for my stay. Free parking was nearby, and it was very convenient.
The heater made a VERY loud noise all night. There were NO luggage stores for early check-in or late check-out. It was a PROBLEM!!!

The breakfast was a letdown. they charge more than a four-star hotel, yet the quality didn't match. the coffee was weak and served from a pot. I noticed colruyt products, which i avoid at home due to their low quality. Finding them at the breakfast buffet was frustrating

the radiator in my room made constant noise . pipes near the radiator were to blame, situated right next to the bed. also , the room lacked a fridge and facilities for making tea or coffee. i expected at least that much.

the location provided easy access to the city center i walked about fifteen minutes the room had a double bed and a shower i appreciated the on-site bar for an evening drink the breakfast included many options to choose. free parking was available across the street which was convenient i used it daily. staff was friendly and helpful i found their assistance valuable. i also appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood, it ensured restful nights.

the hotel had a very good location near the city center. breakfast included a wide choice of fresh products. the owner gave us some valuable information for our stay. i found the staff to be attentive to my needs .
i noticed that the heater made a slight noise all night.
