Great Location and Helpful Staff

The room included a nespresso coffee machine. I enjoyed that. The staff was VERY helpful with directions and recommendations. The location allows many dining options. I found several I liked. I appreciated that the hotel is close to the train station. Travel was easier.
The bathroom transparency was uncomfortable, and I feel it's not suitable for families because the sheer curtain does not provide much privacy.

The breakfast had great options and tasty pastries. I had plenty to choose from. The dining area was clean. The coffee was AMAZING!!! Service during breakfast was attentive and polite. I did like that.

i stayed in the superior twin room. the breakfast was amazing!!! real eggs and lots of different options for everyone. the staff was also very helpful and cute. they took great care of us with any issues and were happy to help.

the hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the station. the christmas markets are also nearby. the rooms have amazing views of the three towers which look great in the evenings.

the room was clean it had a safe box inside the wardrobe the bathroom included shampoo i appreciated the new decor of my room on the fifth floor it had a lovely view i appreciated the parking garage just outside the hotel entrance.
the safe-boks did not work properly.

Really good Location and Helpful Staff
easy parking great location comfortable room clear communication
I found parking quite easy in the nearby underground car park. The location proved perfect for exploring shops and restaurants. My room was a great size, accommodating my family of three comfortably. The receptionist provided very clear communication during check-in.
I noticed flickering lights in certain areas which I reported .

The room was quite large and quiet. I had a fantastic view of the market, which takes place on Saturdays. There were landmarks easily visible from the window.

This hotel features an excellent central location, convenient to everything. The hotel is within walking distance of main attractions. Underground parking is available just opposite the building, providing added convenience.

The staff at reception were helpful and friendly . The Slovenian lady on the reception team was particularly great. I appreciated quick responses to questions I asked.
