The location was unbeatable (i mean, right in the city center!). the staff were helpful. They assisted with parking registration and even offered luggage storage before check-in. after check-out. i would definitely consider staying here again.

the hotel could use some upgrades, as it feels a bit dated. some aspects seemed like they hadn't been updated in quite a while, perhaps since the '70s. it might be time for a refresh to enhance the overall experience.

awesome central stay!

warm greeting unbeatable location convenient elevator bike rentals

The staff greeted me with such warmth, i felt right at home! the location is unbeatable. I explored so much just by walking out the door. i also appreciate the elevator since my room was on an upper floor. bike rentals are available, a great option for seeing all the sights!

the heater was quite high, and i couldn't figure out how to adjust it!

This hotel has an amazing location right next to the Bell Tower. The staff was charming. I appreciated the outside seating area. It was nice to use in the evening after a long day.

The lobby was cluttered with all sorts of stuff making the entrance feel cramped.

The location was unbeatable. Everything was within easy walking distance. the staff was helpful, especially with directions and local tips. i found the room clean and well kept upon arrival. the luggage storage after checkout was a great convenience.

The location was good I have to admit

The room reeked It smelled strongly of mold The bathroom was tiny like a cramped caravan toilet I could not stand the carpet it was stained badly
