great location beautiful room modern bathroom helpful staff
I found the location excellent, just behind the grote markt. the room and hotel are decorated beautifully. Each room is different. rooms were spacious, with a large comfy bed and a modern bathroom. the staff gave a tour through the hotel. they answered every question immediately.
the pool area smelled slightly stagnant.

okay stay, some issues
hard mattress no compensation
The location was good. It was close to the canal and other attractions.
The room i got wasn't what i booked. it was supposed to be a junior suite with a canal view, but i ended up in a regular room because someone else wanted to stay longer. they didn't offer any compensation for the downgrade, and the mattress in the room was really hard! the breakfast was just alright. Nothing special.

i found the breakfast buffet to be comprehensive. the staff were attentive and helpful throughout my stay. the location is central, thus it allowed easy access to main attractions. the building had a pleasant charm and decor.
the hotel lacks an elevator for some floors, which might present challenges with heavy luggage.
