i loved the location, it was in a quiet area, but so close to the main center! the staff was lovely, and the room was a good size for my family. it not sketchy at all, and was overlooking one of the canals.

the room was quite small, and i was hoping for a bit more space for the cost! it was comfortable, but still, a little more room would have been awesome.

The location was beautiful on the canal with the willow trees! It was close to all the major attractions. I used the T4 tram to get to the station. It was so convenient.

I was very dissatisfied with the room I was put in. I had upgraded to a canal view room but there was a tiny window where you had to cock your neck to see outside. The layout of the room felt bad with low ceilings and the view from the bed was of the toilet room.

The room was clean and the location was close to the center.

The coffee provided was very weak. A Nespresso machine would be much better. The pillows were large and square. I found them uncomfortable for sleeping.
