The hotel is in a quiet area near the canal, very close to the city center. The staff were helpful and provided excellent local restaurant recommendations. I appreciated the hotel's design. Comic characters were visible everywhere.

The room lacked a closet or table for clothing, so I found storage a bit difficult.

I found the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of foods. There were even a lot of different cheeses available. the bed was large and comfortable. the shower was also great!!!

Ventilation in the bathroom was limited. I made sure to open the window.

the breakfast area has both indoor and outdoor seating on a small patio, i noticed. the hotel includes a lift and sturdy handrails are installed on both sides of the steep stairs. the hotel features a cartoon theme, visible in the large wall art above the bed.

i loved the location, it was in a quiet area, but so close to the main center! the staff was lovely, and the room was a good size for my family. it safe area, and was overlooking one of the canals.

the room was quite small, and i was hoping for a bit more space for the cost! it was comfortable, but still, a little more room would have been awesome.

The location was beautiful on the canal with the willow trees! It was close to all the major attractions. I used the T4 tram to get to the station. It was so convenient.

I was very dissatisfied with the room I was put in. I had upgraded to a canal view room but there was a tiny window where you had to cock your neck to see outside. The layout of the room felt bad with low ceilings and the view from the bed was of the toilet room.

The room was clean and the location was close to the center.

The coffee provided was very weak. A Nespresso machine would be much better. The pillows were large and square. I found them uncomfortable for sleeping.
