The location is really good! My room was huge and offered perfect views of the castle. The staff were cute. I checked in early. The marble staircase inside was fine!
I had some trouble finding the hotel parking initially. It required a few tries through the old town streets. I would appreciate better signage or directions provided in advance.

the location was central and convenient. i found the room clean and well-equipped with necessary amenities. the staff provided excellent support, especially with dining recommendations. the hotel's artful decoration felt museum-quality.
the parking was difficult to access, involving a few confusing turns through the old town. after some attempts, i chose to park in a nearby public garage instead.

the location was amazing. it provided great access to main areas of the city. the room was spacious for its price and the bed was comfy.
the staff were not friendly i booked the room because it had a 'city view' but the view from my room was a fire escape overlooking the courtyard. the coffee mugs had stains in them upon arrival. some of the towels had stains on them upon arrival
