The breakfast buffet had a good selection. It provided a decent start to the day.
The parking situation was not ideal. The hotel uses spaces in a very crowded residential parking garage and spots seemed insufficient when the hotel was full. The rate of €22 per night felt overpriced.

Great Hotel Near University

This hotel is close to the university campus. I found about five inexpensive restaurants just outside the front door. They seemed popular with students. The lobby was well decorated and the staff were helpful. I was given a token for a discounted drink at the bar upon arrival.
The parking situation was difficult. It is located on level -2 of a busy residential garage. The hotel parking spaces seemed limited.

I enjoyed the secure parking facility a lot. the bed was indeed very comfortable. the location was great. Everything was very accessible.
The room cleaning was only done after a special request. That was a tiny bit inconvenient.

useful locationquiet roommain station
I found the location very useful since many restaurants and historic areas are only 5 to 10 minutes away. The main train station was about 15 to 20 minutes by foot. I asked for a quiet room and I get it. My room faced the back. I didn't see the square with restaurants.
The room smelled not very nice when I arrive, a scent similar to old cigarettes and carpet has stain.
