I found the rooftop area small. The rooftop had a very shallow pool. The bed in my room felt too firm, and I did not sleep well. My room faced another building, not pretty.

The rooftop pool was essentially a glorified foot bath, certainly not conducive to a proper swim. I also noticed the room service menu was quite limited.. it lacked variety. Ordering food from outside was not an option, I was told. So, if you fancy more than a few snacks, plan accordingly.

tiny pool thin walls

I was annoyed by several things, the rooftop pool was tiny. it felt more like a foot bath than a proper pool. The bed WASN'T comfortable at all and gave me a backache the entire stay, which ruined some of my trip. The walls seemed thin. I could hear noise from other rooms LATE at night.

barcelona chair delicious breakfast

The staff welcomed me with espresso and really surprised me with my room ready hours early. Breakfast was copious and delicious and every question I asked was answered graciously and thoroughly. The interior is charming-including the intimate library with its Barcelona chair. We loved it!

small rooftop drab facade

the staff was very friendly and helpful.

the rooftop was quite small and underwhelming.. the plunge pool lacked any real appeal. i found the bed to be unsupportive and uncomfortable. the view from the room was of a drab building facade, without windows, rather depressing.
