the location was EXCELLENT. i was able to store my suitcases after checking out so i could grab a bite. everything is within close distance by metro.

I found the staff quite friendly and helpful, providing directions and local tips. The room was very clean. One is exclusively for staff. Housekeeping changed towels and sheets every day.
The room I was allocated faced the street. The noise was somewhat bothersome due to poor window insulation. This impacted sleep quality despite using earplugs and an eye mask. I think soundproofing could improve.

Breakfast provided a good variety of choices, including both sweet and savory options. The dining room staff maintained a clean and well-stocked buffet area, The selection was fresh, and regularly replenished even during peak hours.

I found the staff helpful. They assisted me with directions and local tips. The complimentary water and welcome wine were a lovely touch. The snacks were very welcome after a long journey. I appreciated the fridge and safe provided in the room. Both added extra convenience. I liked the short walk to the metro. It made exploring the city so easy.
The air conditioning was somewhat weak, which could be a problem during hotter months.

Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options. there was no fried egg. The staff prepared takeaway bags for early departures, filled with sandwiches, pastries, and fruit. Local bakeries nearby provided alternative options.

The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the metro. This provides easy access to city attractions. The reception staff was excellent. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries. An Aerobus route runs from the airport to a location within walking distance.

The location is really excellent (I could easily access public transport). The staff are friendly and very helpful. My room was very clean and the bathroom was a great size.
My room was small. The soundproofing wasn't good and I could hear street noise. There was also a low-frequency rumble when the metro went by underneath the building.

I encountered an issue with the room's air conditioning. It did not cool adequately. A staff member informed me this was a widespread problem within the hotel. This. I also found the breakfast selection somewhat limited for the price paid.
