The location was excellent for me. It was a short walk to a tram stop. Plenty of restaurants were close by. I found the staff very friendly. They responded quickly when I asked about a mosquito problem. The staff provided a fan in the room, and that was helpful. Breakfast had good options. There was a good selection.
The room was a bit too warm for me.

my room was really small. there was no air conditioning. i could easily hear noise through thin walls.
The hotel is near vondelpark and countless museums. If you are a solo traveller, request room 16, it features a private balcony. Staff members are friendly and helpful. I found my room nothing messy.
My room was a bit small. Two people cannot stand without bumping into each other.

I really enjoyed the proximity to Vondel Park and Leidseplein. The staff were very amiable and helpful . My rooms, numbers 40 and 50, included balconies overlooking the garden, which i LOVED!!!
