central location friendly staff room upgrade poor breakfast small toilet steep stairs
the location was great, close to the metro (i found that very handy). the staff was friendly, and that always makes a difference. they kindly upgraded my room, and i appreciated that very much.
The breakfast was very poor. If you arrive around 9:30, almost everything is gone. they don't bother to refill it (i noticed this every morning). the toilet is small, and it was hard to maneuver. the stairs are very steep, and with no elevator, carrying luggage is a real struggle.

Central Stay with Friendly Faces
central location friendly staff great value
The location was unbeatable (right in the heart of everything!). The staff was very friendly and always eager to help with directions. I found great value for the money, especially considering how central the hotel is. The breakfast options, while simple, were very welcome.
The stairs were quite steep and narrow. Hopefully, they can improve that aspect .

My room included a wash basin with clean, hot water which was useful. The bedding was very comfy, and i slept well. The room was clean. They maintained it very well.

Breakfast included basic options, but i found it sufficient to start the day. I especially liked the fresh bread. It helped save on additional meal costs (always a plus!).

The hotel is a short walk from the central station. Iconic landmarks are nearby. The hotel is in the heart of the red light district. The proximity to various shops and restaurants was excellent.

The location was superb. Staff were really friendly and the breakfast was included. The hotel is located just minutes from the central station. It was quiet on our side even though we were facing the street.
The shared toilets and showers were not very clean. The shower drain was clogged. The toilet seat was broken.
