the room i booked felt small, especially when trying to move around. there wasn't enough space for luggage and the lack of an opening window made it stuffy. i spoke with staff, but they didn't listen and just stated the rooms are all the same. the breakfast was also disappointing, it lacked several options.

tiny pillows lukewarm water

The bed situation was a bit of a joke, i must say. the 'queen' room felt more like a cramped double, and the pillows were half the size i'd expect. It was as if they were trying to make the bed look bigger with tiny pillows! there wasn't even a fridge, so my complimentary water from being a hilton honors member ended up being lukewarm. i mean, how is this place rated as a four-star hotel?
