The room was basic. Everything else was perfect. I found the location provided easy access to different tram lines. I safe area in the area.
The balcony is shared. If you get a room with a balcony, it's shared between you and other rooms.

The common room includes out-of-tune pianos and a couch. The hotel fronts a plaza with no cars, so rideshare drivers can't drop you at the door. There is a bar and cafe on-site that offers reasonable prices and a decent menu.

The hotel is near a tram stop that helped a lot. Breakfast included good options and a nice room. My room had a comfy bed with two singles pushed together and a nice shower.
Hallways are a bit of a maze I felt a bit lost sometimes.
