poor cleaning transparent door
The location was perfect. There were bus and tram stops right outside.
the room cleaning was not good . also, the breakfast felt limited for the price. the bathroom had a transparent door with no lock.

metro station coffee area missing window small room
The location proved very convenient. It was right next to a metro station, and this made getting around quite easy. I also appreciated the coffee area near the reception. It had a nice view of the canal (i enjoyed it).
My room did not have a window. This meant i couldn't get any fresh air, a bit of a downside. The room felt a bit small too. It was hard to move around comfortably (especially with luggage).

i stayed in a comfort double or twin room no window. the staff was very cute. the location was convenient near the metro and bus stops. i liked that fresh towels were available daily.
the general cleanliness was not great! the floor carpet was super dirty. i also found that windows do not open, causing poor air circulation. the bathroom glass door did not close properly.

decent stay near public transport
helpful staff tram stop clean room small room inconvenient location luggage storage
the hotel is next to a tram stop. it made getting around very easy. the staff were helpful with directions (which i appreciated). my room was clean.
the room was small. i had trouble opening my luggage fully. the hotel is a 40-minute train ride from the city center.

small room no window
the front desk people where friendly to me. baggage storage after i checked out was helpful too.
i booked a room and it didnt have a window, i felt so claustrophobic. it really upset me. it was small and stuffy, i felt trap. i will make sure next time to book a room with a window
