the hotel is near several shops, restaurants, and public transport. staff was cute and helpful . i used the luggage room to securely store my bags before exploring. the bus to the airport stops just across the street.

the street outside was a little noisy. soundproofing could be better, especially at night.

the hotel provides excellent public transportation links. the tram and bus stops are right in front of the hotel. the city center is easily reachable in about 25 to 30 minutes, via public transport, a very valuable convenience.

the location is convenient with direct bus lines to the airport and the city center. leaving luggage before check-in and after check-out was permitted (this was helpful because of early arrival and a late flight). the room looked furnished as in the photos, and it was very neat.

i noticed a slight sewerage smell in the room, though it was bearable. the area seemed to cater predominantly to the muslim community. it was sometimes difficult to find someone who spoke english and there was a lack of international cuisine nearby.

the air conditioning was not very effective, it was difficult to cool the room on warmer days.

the room was very clean and well-equipped with four towels and three rolls of toilet paper. i really liked the coffee machine. location is convenient, just one stop from the bus station. it's about 40 minutes to the train station and ferry.

The room had a serious problem with acoustics. I could hear everything happening in the room next door and above. i also heard noise from water and the air conditioning machines.
