the kitchen facilities were acceptable for basic meal preparation.
the room i was assigned on the first floor faced the street, and it was very noisy. traffic and music from a nearby bar were constant disruptions. the wifi also failed for an extended period , a significant inconvenience, especially given the price.

i found the staff very polite , especially christian and roberto , they were really good too help. the room was large and included a kitchenette , very useful for preparing snacks. a nespresso machine was available with coffee capsules , which i appreciated in the mornings. the location made it easy to walk to many attractions.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from neighboring rooms at night.

the location felt perfect, near all the things i wanted explore. staff always had a smiley face. i loved how clean and spacious my room was. the mini fridge in the room become very useful for keeping my drinks cold.
the street noise could be a little loud sometimes, especially when the windows opened.

The location is excellent. It is close to many key attractions, including museums and the flower market. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very good (I especially liked the fresh pastries). The staff were genuinely kind and helpful. Finally, my room was quiet and spacious. it had a very useful kitchenette.
The elevator was out of service , a minor inconvenience.
