the check in staff were NOT familiar with their system and taking the cc for the deposit took a long time. one felt very insecure representing the cc over and over again. the rooms are fine but the ambience has a lot to be desired.

the grounds featured beautiful gardens, and i appreciated the charming back entrance to the town. the location was quite close to both the train station AND the city center. attentive staff provided great service in the bistro. the breakfast quality was lovely, and the room impressed me.

I noticed very poor noise isolation and soundproofing between rooms. The wooden windows did not prevent exterior sounds.

The Comfort Double room had ample space. It included a big closet perfect for luggage and belongings. The super clean bathroom contained plenty of amenities. A huge shower offered great comfort.

The hotel has a beautiful garden. The location is very close to cafes and bars, only a minute or two walk. Staff members are helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed the spa facility. The room was spacious.

The receptionist did not inform us that we would still have to pay for breakfast even after we cancelled it, because we did not book directly.

My room featured a big closet, providing ample space. A desk was also available in the room, offering a dedicated workspace. The super clean bathroom included lots of amenities and a huge shower.
