the staff was very friendly and helpful. i liked that they held luggage after checkout. the gym is good with equipment. as a regular gym goer, i rate it highly.

the bedroom felt cold. some lights weren't working properly. it was a little hard to navigate the bedroom hall areas too, so it just didn't feel very cozy..

there was no shuttle to the airport, even though i thought it was an airport hotel. rooms were very small, with no language rack. overall, the room quality was poor and that bothered me.
